Alongside the saltwater pool is Caliza Restaurant, an elegant but casual locale to enjoy the culinary delights of Olivier Gaupin, Director of Food and Beverage. Before joining the Alys Beach team, Gaupin served as executive chef for numerous award-winning restaurants, including the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Atlanta, where his restaurant was awarded Five Diamonds by AAA and named "Top Restaurant in Atlanta" by Gourmet magazine.
Caliza Restaurant offers lunch daily to owners and guests. Dinner is open to the public on select evenings seasonally.
